Founding Full-Stack Engineer
An exceptional full-stack, AI-native engineer to join the founding team and build our audit platform end to end.
What you'll do
- Build the platform our auditors work in: evidence collection, control mapping, and the review surfaces a lead uses every day.
- Own features from the data model to the last piece of interface polish. No handover, no ticket queue.
- Put models on the grind (gathering evidence, spotting gaps, flagging what is missing) while the judgement calls stay with a person.
- Sit with the auditors while they work, and fix whatever slows them down.
What we're looking for
- You have shipped and then maintained production web applications, and you are comfortable owning a feature from database to browser.
- You build with AI tooling daily, and you can tell where it earns its place from where it quietly makes things worse.
- You would rather watch someone use the software than read a ticket describing what they said about it.
- You are in London and want to be in the room with the team most of the week.
